DevOps Automation

CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, and observability — so your team ships faster without breaking things.

Talk to a DevOps engineer

Overview

Most teams' deployment process is a mix of manual steps, scripts that only one person understands, a CI pipeline that runs tests but doesn't deploy, and a deployment runbook that's been outdated for 2 years. Releases happen monthly (if that), they take all weekend, and someone is always on call to roll back at 2am.

CB4UHost's DevOps Automation service builds the pipeline you wish you had. CI/CD with automated testing, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Pulumi), GitOps deployment (ArgoCD/Flux), and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). Releases happen multiple times a day, they take minutes, and rollback is one command.

We're vendor-neutral on the tooling. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI — we'll use your existing CI or recommend one. Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation — same. We don't resell DevOps tools.

Every engagement ends with a working pipeline, IaC codebase, observability dashboards, and runbooks so your team can operate and extend the setup.

How we work

1

Assessment

We assess your current deployment process, infrastructure, and team skills.

2

Pipeline design

We design the CI/CD pipeline, IaC structure, and GitOps flow.

3

Implementation

We build the pipeline, write the IaC, set up GitOps and observability.

FAQ

Which CI/CD tools do you support?

GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, Google Cloud Build. We'll use your existing CI or recommend one based on your stack.

Terraform vs Pulumi vs CloudFormation?

Terraform is the industry standard with the largest ecosystem. Pulumi is better if your team prefers real programming languages (TypeScript, Python). CloudFormation is fine if you're AWS-only and want native support. We recommend based on your stack and team.

What is GitOps and why should we use it?

GitOps means git is the source of truth for production state — you commit a change, ArgoCD/Flux detects it, and deploys it. Benefits: audit trail (every change is a git commit), easy rollback (git revert), and no 'who deployed what' mysteries.

Can you help us move from monthly to daily releases?

Yes — that's a common engagement. We build the pipeline, automate tests, set up progressive deployment (canary or blue-green), and train your team. Most clients go from monthly to weekly in 4 weeks, and weekly to daily in another 4-8 weeks.
